I had purchased a hardworking hand soap at Osoyoos visitor centre in February and I Iiked it. I ordered 6 from you 2 weeks ago but they are not at all like the soap I had previously purchased. These lastest ones are too soft and are certainly not for hardworking hand. I was offered to perhaps return the soaps I had not used but it was not worth it cost wise. I understand that you are an artisanal shop and that products my differ. I also regret not being able to go on location.
