This natural shampoo bar is great for all hair types. The fresh garden herbs and emollient oils will leave your hair and scalp feeling clean, shiny, cool and tingle.
Ingredients: saponified coconut oil, pure virgin olive oil, cocoa butter, castor oil, shea butter, herbs and essential oils of parsley, peppermint and rosemary.

Sorry, but I have not tried it yet.
I have been using this for... I don't know exactly, I had the one block, and it has lasted for months (and I've got thick, long hair). The fragrance is pleasant and not overpowering, it lathers well, and I like the texture of my hair afterwards (not dry, not overly conditioned). I've bought other types of shampoo bars, looking forward to trying them.
All the shampoo bars by Pacific Coast Soap Works are AMAZING! By far the best shampoo bars I've used and I can't recommend them enough. My hair feels great and I love the minimal packaging and that they last so long.
